After awakening a mysterious power called the God of Dominion, she seized control, crowned herself Empress, and founded a dynasty built entirely around her own worship. Her reach now covers much of the African continent, with Egypt as its glittering heart. At its center stands a great pyramid, powered by aether crystals, projecting energy into the sky to sustain the Forbidden Territory barrier that seals the region from the outside world.
Life Under the Empress
On the surface, temples, ceremonies, and pharaonic tradition keep the capital in order. Underneath, the regime runs on puppet legions and dominion powers. Captives have their consciousness absorbed and their bodies reshaped into mummified puppets that obey the Empress without question. A large part of the Khemitch people has already been caught in this fate. Statues, obelisks, and animal figures line every street, quietly reinforcing the cult of Cleopatra.
A Sealed Cage
River-valley oases sit beside the capital, framed in black-and-gold stone and lit by blue-green crystal glow. Monumental columns and obelisks stretch toward a dim, dusk-like sky, while quiet waterways and orderly puppet patrols give the city an unsettling calm. It looks like a prosperous civilization, but it feels like a beautiful cage.
