In Pre-Warp Age, we return to the classic gameplay of the studio's early games, Bronze Age and Marble Age, and rethink familiar mechanics using what we learned from later projects. We paid particular attention to replayability: each game takes place in a new star system, with a different distribution of resources and different conditions for development.
The name was no accident either. Our first game, Bronze Age, was released under the name Pre-Civilization and followed the journey from the first humans to the rise of civilization. In Pre-Warp Age, we have taken that idea into the future: from the first space flights to the invention of the warp drive.
This is the first full game built on our Nexus engine. The work we have done on Pre-Warp Age will form the foundation for the studio's future games, including strategy games.
