PLAYISM will release Midnight Train: New Moon, a 2D exploration-based horror adventure game developed by LydiaBluebell, on Steam in 2027.
Alongside the announcement, a new trailer has been released.
Midnight Train: New Moon is a remake of the free RPG Maker game Midnight Train, originally released in 2020.
Although the original was created in Spain, it garnered high praise, particularly among free game fans outside Japan,
as a title that followed in the tradition of classic horror RPGs nurtured within Japan's free game culture.
This remake retains the core story experience of uncovering the truth through exploration and puzzle-solving, while completely overhauling the graphics, presentation, and game balance.
It has been rebuilt so that both newcomers and those who played the original can enjoy it with a fresh perspective.
