20 Sep 2026Developer post

Here's another patch with a few fixes and tweaks.

Fixed glitch that let the grapple reach extended lengths if it only grazed past grass (sorry, speedrunners!).
Fixed not being able to grapple straight up when standing next to a wall.
Fixed poison damage not scaling with difficulty modifier.
Fixed crit damage on bosses not scaling with the boss health difficulty modifier.
Fixed Melodie's ground slam sound effect not always playing correctly.
Melodie will now move away from corners to prevent player getting stuck between Melodie and the wall.
Karma's Spark no longer grants blood when parrying succesfully.
Karma's Spark now grants more blood than previously when hitting an enemy with a parry boosted shot.
Slightly increased the parry cooldown of Karma's Spark if you miss a parry.

Fixed the extended grapple reach glitch still occurring if you were playing on a gamepad.
