I want to inform you early: The next major update changes the internal game world from the previous fixed daytime logic to a continuous 24/7 simulation.

Why?

Previously, trips that would have ended during the night were automatically stopped by the system and converted into overnight stays. This made technical sense in the past, but it increasingly limits realism and planning options.

The new system will enable, among other things:

• real night driving
• more logical long-distance operations
• better trip planning
• new driver profiles, such as night drivers
• a stronger foundation for future features

Important Beta Notice

This update will be released first in the Beta version.

For the Beta, a new savegame is required so the new system can be tested properly.

And later for Live?

If the Beta runs stable, the plan is that these savegames can continue to be used.

However, if major issues appear during the Beta phase, another new savegame may be required for the final Live version to ensure a clean and fair start for everyone.

In short

Beta = new savegame required for testing
Live = save transfer preferred, but stability comes first

Thank you for your support and feedback during the testing phase.
