To Access the Alpha version;
1; Right- click on Resilience from your Game library
2; Select Properties
3: Click Betas Tab
4; From the drop down list, select Beta
5; Steam will download the Alpha Version
To Play the Alpha;
1; While in the Properties menu
2; Click on the Local Files tab
3; Click Browse Local Files
4; Double-click the RWS DEV.exe file (32bit Version is labeled RWS DEV32.exe)
