👋 Hello again, Life Inc family!
We keep shaping the game and this time it's the turn of one of the most important and interesting mechanics: the real estate market! I have completely redesigned how properties work to give you much more control over your investments.
⚠️ Update 0.2.1 is being uploaded to Steam right now and will be available in the next few hours.
🚀 Update 0.2.1
💼 Strategic Negotiation
A brand-new offer and counter-offer system! Now, when you put a property up for sale, you will receive multiple proposals. Haggle over every cent with potential buyers to maximize your profits.
🏡 Rental Management
Dynamic tenant engine. Now you can rent your properties with variable contracts, receive monthly proposals, manage contract durations, and ensure steady cash flow.
📐 Strategic Renovations
Completely revamped interface with real-time projections for rental income and market value. Invest wisely!
✨ Full UI Redesign
A cleaner, more intuitive look across the entire property system to help you manage your growing empire without going crazy.
🛠️ The community keeps growing
A thousand thanks for all the patience and support you are giving to the project. The Steam discussions and our Discord are full of life and good ideas. Don't hesitate to join if you haven't already!
