The Rogue Drone demo is now live on Steam ahead of Steam Next Fest!
Rogue Drone is a sci-fi strategy game that combines crystal mining, base building, tower defense, and resource management. Gather resources during the day, expand your colony, unlock upgrades, and prepare your defenses before increasingly dangerous enemy attacks arrive at night.
What's Included In The Demo?
Crystal mining with risk vs reward overheating mechanics
New Supercrystal deposits with massive rewards
Grid-based base building and expansion
5 turret types with unique strengths and upgrade paths
8 player skills to unlock and improve
Tier 1 to Tier 5 crystal refining
Junkyard system for electronics and advanced upgrades
Escalating nightly enemy attacks
Minimap zoom and additional quality-of-life improvements
Gather. Build. Defend.
Every day crystals grow larger and become more valuable. Mine resources, upgrade your colony, research new technologies, and decide how to spend limited resources before the next attack begins.
The longer you survive, the greater the rewards... and the greater the threat.
