My apologies, the last patch shipped with a premature change that broke the splicer screen. This was not meant to be included with the hotfix and has been reverted.

v0.4.9-38:

Fixed:
* The bug report button staying on screen when Ctrl+F1 hid the HUD. It now hides with the rest of the HUD
* SPLICER is its own lab tab again, and EXCHANGE is back to LOADOUT, STORAGE and BioExchange. (Reverted WIP change)
