The Trials Co-op

• You can now play the Endless Trials with a friend! Up to 2 players.
• Separate 2 player leaderboard

Other fixes

• FPS is now capped at a reasonable maximum as per community requests (at 150 fps, can be altered in settings.json file)
• Fixed crash related to switching levels and music at the same time
• Frame rate improvements on slower systems (notebooks with Intel GPUs were affected on boss levels)
