After spending years on bigger projects like Omno and Kibu, I wanted to make something smaller, simpler, and a little less serious.

Smoky Sails began as a creative break - a compact project with a manageable scope, no character animations, and a simple gameplay loop I could focus on making as satisfying as possible.

The result is a short, handcrafted pirate adventure about naval battles, collecting and selling loot, upgrading your ship, and hunting for treasure among uncharted islands.

It may be a small game, but I have genuinely enjoyed making it - and I’m quietly rather proud of how it is coming together.

If Smoky Sails sounds like your kind of game, adding it to your wishlist would mean a lot - even if it is simply your way of supporting me. ❤️
