Here's what's new:
- UPDATED TEAMS AND LEAGUES!
We've added a bunch of teams and players from the following leagues:
English Premier League English Championship Italian Serie A Italian Serie B Spanish La Liga Spanish Segunda division German Bundesliga German Bundesliga 2 France Ligue 1 France Ligue 2So now you can finally relive those classic matches such as Barcelona .vs Millwall - SUPPORT FOR EDIT TEAM DATA! The player names and appearances do not represent any real world data (for legal reasons) but if for some reason you wanted to change the names of clubs or players, now you can!
- Improved loading times Along with new data we have optimised the loading of the game, should feel a bit snappier to launch, we even have a nicer loading screen.
- Bug fixes A few big fixes in this version, thanks to those who pointed them out.
How to import custom team data
We have setup a discussion Here to show you how to import custom team data into SAF. If you're having problems, post your query in there and we can help you out.
Now, I (Simon) am selfishly going away on Holiday for 3 whole weeks (Raff is still in England slaving away on the game though). So there will most likely be fewer updates whilst i'm away, and if there are, the announcements will not be anywhere near as enjoyable as they at the moment ːsteammockingː
Tournaments are on their way very soon, along with finalising the game play and bug fixes. We are also working on a more elegant way to import and edit team data in the game.

If you need instructions on how to access the beta branch, follow these steps below:
- Go to the library page on steam
- In the games column on the left, right click Super Arcade Football
- Click Properties
- Select the Betas tab
- On the drop down list, select saf_beta_work_in_progress
- That's it!
