- fixed bug that might cause messages app to open in too big scale
- builder now unlocks on level 6 (doesn't affect old saves)
- vacant lots now unlocks on level 6 (doesn't affect old saves)
- button "manager" in myPropertes will now be disabled until you reach level 10
- added help about managers into myProperties tutorial
- added help about contacts unlock level into contacts
- fixed bonkcase, top metals and stocks infinite scroll
- when you reach level 10, tutorial for managers will automatically open for you
