-Added third stage to Rally (at the Ski hill area)
-Added Trophies and Price money for Ice Racing (in case timing works correctly...)
-Fixed issue with Player getting jail time if hitting spectator during Rally
-Fixed issue with Ice Racing not always tracking race results correctly
-Fixed issue with Ice Racing results sheet showing incorrect results
-Fixed issue with Player dying from the Log Cutter even if machine was not rotating
-Fixed issue with Water Pump functioning even without Fan Belt
-Fixed Computer not connecting to BBS because of checking wrong Modem cord
-Fixed issue with Fleetari not repairing Rear Axle bent damage
-Fixed issue with TV Programs glitching if House burns down when TV is on
-Trophies(trophies.txt) from MSC should be able to be imported now
