Hello everyone!
Barfender has wrapped up its first week in Early Access, and honestly, we still can't quite believe it. A huge thank you to everyone who has packed into the bar, started brawls, mixed cocktails and pulled all-night shifts since we opened the doors!
Our First Week in Numbers
15,457 unique players stopped by our bar
230+ reviews, 96% positive
60,000+ wishlists
Every single one of these numbers means a lot to us. From those who trusted us and wishlisted the game before launch to those who got behind the counter on day one, everyone is part of this journey.
What Changed in the First Week?
Thanks to your bug reports and suggestions, we released two updates during the first week:
Licences now unlock based on Star Rating instead of story quests.
The new Difficulty tab in Options lets you change the difficulty at any time.
The drink menu grew from 8 to 16 slots.
Streamer Mode is now much clearer.
A new Render Scale option with AMD FSR arrived, along with a big round of performance improvements.
Dozens of bugs were fixed.
What's Next?
We're continuing to work on your most requested features. New staff types starting with Cleaners, a bucket for puking customers, an option to change floor textures and more performance improvements are on the way.
Stay With Us
Keep sharing your thoughts in the Steam Discussions and on Discord. We read every message, and we'll keep growing Barfender together with you throughout Early Access.
See you behind the bar!
