Dear Bidders:

Hello, we sincerely thank you for your continuous companionship and support.

Recently, we have continuously intensified the crackdown on non-compliant and prohibited accounts, with a focus on rectifying illegal industry activities such as fraudulent transactions through black credit cards and disruption of the in-game market order. After multiple rounds of special rectification, relevant illegal acts have been greatly curbed.

However, this series of rectification actions has also triggered frantic retaliation from criminals in the illegal industry. In recent days, these criminals have maliciously disrupted the normal order of the Exchange at all costs, spread false rumors on various social platforms, and continuously launched high-intensity DDOS attacks on the game servers, which has affected the stable operation of the servers — as of the release of this announcement, the relevant malicious attacks are still ongoing.

The internet is not a lawless place. For all the above malicious acts, we have fully collected and secured all evidence, and formally submitted it to the relevant regulatory and public security authorities. We will resolutely safeguard the game environment and the legitimate rights and interests of all players through legal channels.

Hereby, we also earnestly call on all bidders to work with us to protect a fair and healthy auction environment, firmly resist illegal industry transactions on third-party platforms, never participate in any illegal recharge or non-compliant transaction activities, and do not give criminals any opportunity to attack the game and disrupt the order.

Affected by the continuous, high-intensity and unrestrained DDOS attacks from yesterday to today, some servers may experience short-term fluctuations, lags or even connection interruptions. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to all bidders. Our technical team is on full 24-hour duty, will handle emergencies at the first time, and do our utmost to ensure server stability. The criminals' sole purpose is to ruin players' gaming experience, and we have also urgently communicated with our cloud service provider to formulate joint countermeasures.

We stand together through thick and thin, and are grateful for your company.

Thank you for your support of the game.
