Added No Playoff option added to League Set-up. The team with the highest ranking at the end of the season will be labeled the "Champion" and the "Championship MVP" will go to the player on the winning team with the most Fantasy Points for the season.
Another fix to prevent the All Playoffs / Broken Standings bug.
