tl;dr mostly small fixes and an update to weapon effects

Changes:

• Enemy spawning fixed (mostly)
• Weapon effects updated for all three available classes
• Reduced turret range, moved some around so they didn't spawn where player couldn't see them
• Reduced damage and explosion range of Shield Trooper missiles
• Improved contrast on platforms in the Cortex, more info below
• Increased crouching accuracy for Field Scientist

What's to come next:

• Improve lighting in the Cortex
• Improve AI of some enemies (looking at you Needle Drone)
• More decoration in the Cortex, it's looking a little barren at the moment

What's to come eventually:

• Additional areas to explore in the Cortex
• Implementation of perk system
• Rework of shop system
• A new playable class, more to be announced with that
