Fixes: Fixed crash (NullReference) in BuildingUI during era changes with BuyMode 10x/100x.
Improvements: Added new stats "Ascensions" and "Cycles" in the static menu.
UI: The "Buy all upgrades" button is now always visible once the skill is purchased.
