Do note that from now on on every version change the game will automatically create a backup when you first load in C:\\Users\\AppData\\LocalLow\\QuailDev\\Quail Game where would be your Windows username, so that even if there's an error or data corruption do to some mistake I make in the code your game data should be safe!
Added
- Automation settings now get saved when closing the window with a right click instead of the button
- Wide mode, makes the game 3x wider, can still be scaled and moved around! It also changes the world borders so your quails can properly move around, and their position gets adjusted accordingly when switching between the modes
- Accessory Shop! Buy cosmetic accesories for your quails, like hats, glasses, shoes and capes! These are global, meaning that you buy them once and each and every quail can wear them, you can also select a custom color so you don't have to buy multiple or different colors of the same accessory!
- New Upgrade, adds extra slots to the accessory shop up to a maximum of 10
- Quail's details window now shows your owned accessories, each Quail has specific types of accessories they can and can't wear, for example the gun quail can't wear anything as it's not really a quail, while the large quail can wear everything and just has them in different positions as normal, or the headless quail can't wear hats
Changed
- The whole UI got another remake, this time to make it much simpler, more colorful and more eye catching, do let me know if you disagree with any part of it!
- Internally changed how the internal save settings are stored and loaded, making it very very unlikely that we'll ever have a save-deleting issue again
- Reworked backgrounds and their decorations
- The Egg Price upgrade now adds Level times 2 to the base price of an egg, as to make it more noticeable on common eggs and to help along with progress early on
- The drag button now tries it's best to keep your cursor over it as you drag, instead of teleporting the entire window to give you it's bottom left corner
- The game now remembers the zoom level that you closed it at and no longer resets to the default size every time you open the game
- Changed the main font for the game, which has a slightly higher resolution and lowercase, which should make things more readable
- The help menu has been removed, instead I've added little buttons on most UI that shows hints specific to that window
