This update includes the following changes among others:
- item marker icons smaller and transparent
- player pickup/interact range tweak
- alien spaceship will stay longer
- Mind Control Alien spawn tweaks
- Steam achievement: Master Hunter fixed
- gas mask anomalies when loading the game fixed
- items left on the ground will disappear sooner
- enemies caught by traps will disappear as other dead bodies
- stones won't disappear
- narration pause issues that caused Mike to stop talking fixed
- some sound tweaks
- controller can be used in the main menu
- Japanese localization fixes
