Another gruesome, terrifying, and now also bureaucratically insane update to the Parliament is here!
I’m introducing a brand-new feature that radically changes the game. The Chamber of Deputies is no longer just a pure horror game. We’re entering the era of the simulator! On top of that, I’ve managed to drastically reduce the absurd size of the game files. So when will the full version be released, and what can you expect? Read on!
MAJOR CLEANUP
New game mode: Assistant Simulator!
The game is now divided into day and night segments.
During the day, you become a jack-of-all-trades assistant in the House of Representatives.
You’ll be doing morning cleanup, mopping floors, and carrying out politicians’ bizarre tasks.
Working hours are from 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (one day lasts about 10–11 minutes).
At 12:00 p.m., there’s a smoking and lunch break for serving meals and lighting cigarettes.
You must meet increasingly difficult quotas, or you’ll be fired on the very first day!
Daily Routine Mechanics and Economics
Use the money you earn to buy helpers to boost your attributes and other absurdities.
Watch out for alcohol! Being drunk brings great luck, but also massive bad luck.
You can’t sell items to the cafeteria through the assistant—you only earn money by working, lighting cigarettes, eating, and picking up money off the ground.
Warning: Don’t anger the politicians by refusing tasks! They can summon their horror counterpart and immediately end your shift.
New Areas and Interactive Mess
Numerous changes to the main rooms and hallways.
A new interaction system has been added: you can pick up trash and tools (e.g., an automated mop) directly with your hands.
You can throw trash into trash cans, and clean up cobwebs and dirt by clicking on them.

MISCELLANEOUS (Minor updates and fixes)
New lighting: Added a day-night cycle (sunrise and sunset) for Assistant Mode—this may be more demanding on your PC, so I’ll be optimizing it.
Visual cleanup: Removed hundreds of visual bugs, and the hallways are now more detailed.
Improved cobwebs: Adjusted the shader for cobweb objects; they will no longer look off (and there are many more of them in the Chamber of Deputies).
New 3D models: Added 8 types of 3D food (for future use).
Animations: Politicians’ animations have been adjusted and slightly fixed to support the new regime.
UI and Navigation: New navigation markers have been added for the assistant; they’ll make it easier to find the locations you need to go to.
Steam Page: I’ve updated the game’s store page on Steam.

THE FINALE IS APPROACHING (Summary and What’s Next)
The next update will be version 0.9 and will mark the completion of the Chamber of Deputies’ renovation. This will bring to a close the era of recklessly adding new content to the game, and we’ll move into the fine-tuning phase.
In this version, I’ll focus exclusively on your feedback—we’ll be fine-tuning the gameplay, UI, and UX. Patriotism (the in-game currency) will also return, allowing you to unlock new characters, modes, and challenges.
📅 When will it all kick off?
After the summer, I want to ramp up marketing and promotion. The original plan for September (after the parliamentary recess) is being pushed back slightly so I can polish everything to perfection. We currently have over 30 tasks in the new mode, but I want to have at least 100, including crazy local events and a dedicated shop for cleaners.

I still need to finish the tutorial, the menu, the music, the sound effects, and the voice lines. So I’m aiming for an official release in OCTOBER! (Elections?) And honestly—I have to get it done by then, because GTA comes out in November, and no one would play my game anymore.
Thanks so much for your support, and stay tuned for more updates!
