Fix for C++ Infinite Loop install issue

We have had this reported as a fix for the infinite loop issue.Please try it and let us know how you get on:

Go here https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=48145and download Visual C++ and install.

Then the game should run fine.
