This update brings several Quality of Life improvements alongside critical bug fixes. Here are the details:
✨ Quality of Life Improvements:
Direct Crate-to-Board Placement: You can now place ingredients directly onto the cutting board straight from the crate in your hands! In the previous system, you had to pick items out of the crate one by one. Based on your feedback, we reworked this so the prep process is vastly faster. You can even start cutting without needing to drop the crate! 🔪📦
Streamlined Cutting Steps: Slicing Pineapple, Fontina cheese, and Gorgonzola cheese has been reduced from a two-step process to a single step! (Parmesan still requires a grater, so its mechanics remain unchanged). Cutting pineapple will now yield fully prepared slices immediately, and slicing cheese wheels will directly produce diced cheese cubes. 🧀🍍
🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements:
Performance Optimizations: Extensive optimization passes were conducted for better overall performance. We specifically addressed stuttering caused by waiters and fine-tuned graphics settings. We hope you will experience much smoother gameplay with this build. 📉🚀
Advanced Cutting Board Fix: Resolved the issue where the container on the advanced cutting board could not be placed back into position. If your save file was affected by this bug, you can safely return to that save and continue playing seamlessly.
Wholesale Fixes & Crash Resolutions: Fixed game crashes related to the Wholesale system. Synchronization issues and bugs where finished wholesale crates would respawn have been eliminated. If you were encountering crashes upon loading your save, this update should resolve the problem. 📦💥
We truly need your help and feedback during this Public Beta period! We are gearing up to release our next major Dessert Update in early October. Until then, additional bug fixes and enhancements (such as the revamped Recipe Book and separated table vs. counter stock management) will keep rolling out.
If you encounter any bugs, please let us know! Thank you so much for your patience and support. Have fun! 🎮👋
