v0.6.13 focuses on giving you more control over how your café operates and how the game feels to play. This update introduces Service Counter Settings, UI Scale, DLSS and FSR support, employee status indicators, save customization, and several new quality-of-life improvements.
Alongside these additions, we've improved staff management, object placement, stock tracking, and service counter behavior while addressing a number of bugs reported by the community.
Thank you for your continued feedback and support!
New Features
Service Counter Settings
Service counters can now be configured to better control how orders move through your café.
Service counters can now be configured for Takeaway Orders or Table Orders.
Service counters can now be assigned to specific Cash Registers.
A new Settings menu has been added to service counters, similar to the settings available for tables.
Counter configuration can be managed directly through this new menu.
These options give you more control over which counters handle different types of orders and how they work together with your cash registers.
UI Scale
A new UI Scale option has been added.
The size of the game's interface can now be adjusted according to your preference.
This makes it possible to choose a UI size that better suits different resolutions, screen sizes, and setups.
DLSS & FSR Support
Support for NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR has been added.
These upscaling options are now available through the graphics settings.
They provide additional options for balancing visual quality and performance depending on your hardware.
Employee Status Indicators
Employee information now provides a clearer view of where your staff currently are.
Employees can now be shown with statuses such as:
At Café
On the Way
At Home
On Leave
This makes it easier to understand an employee's current situation directly from the staff interface.
Save Name & Difficulty Editing
Save management has been expanded with additional customization options.
You can now rename existing saves.
The difficulty of an existing save can now be changed.
Staff Management Improvements
Employee Tags are now displayed when assigning employees to Staff Waiting Areas, making it easier to identify and organize staff during assignment.
Employees are now shown in your custom staff list order when assigning them to Staff Waiting Areas.
Newly hired employees are now automatically added to the end of the staff list instead of appearing between existing employees.
Using Clear Assigned Employees for a Staff Waiting Area no longer requires an additional Apply action after confirming that you want to clear the assignments.
Interaction & Quality-of-Life Improvements
Boxes can now be opened and closed while holding another item.
The café can now be opened or closed from the café sign while holding an item.
Café doors can now be opened and closed while placing a Staff Waiting Area.
Added a short interaction delay after placing the last glass during consecutive shelf placement, helping prevent accidentally picking a glass back up immediately afterward.
Empty consumable containers, including soda cans, milk cartons, coffee packages, coffee sauce containers, and ice cream tubs, can no longer be placed on shelves.
When carrying multiple stacked boxes, the bottom-right item information now displays the next box that will be placed, rather than the first box that was picked up.
Service Counter & Placement Improvements
Removed the obstruction check for the customer area in front of service counters, giving you more freedom when designing your café and allowing counters to be placed closer to walls and other objects. The required customer interaction position is now indicated with a footprint marker.
Improved item placement in Service Counter 1, allowing appropriately sized items such as coffee sauces to be placed in the previously unavailable lower-right space.
Improved tray and takeaway bag interaction positions on Service Counter 1 and Service Counter 5. Employees and customers now interact with them from the correct orientation.
Fixed an issue that prevented objects from being placed in valid areas of walls containing windows. Wall-mounted objects can now be placed correctly alongside windows.
Improved object rotation immediately after unpacking an item. Objects can now correctly align parallel to walls using Q / E without first needing to be placed, picked up again, or reboxed.
Improved the visibility of the box delivery area at the Wholesale Market by updating its boundary markings so they remain easier to see during bright daytime lighting.
Graphics & Settings Changes
TAA (Temporal Anti-Aliasing) has been removed due to its performance impact.
Added the new UI Scale setting.
Added DLSS and FSR graphics options.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where canceling the placement of a staircase after employees arrived at the café could cause the staircase to visually place itself wherever the cursor was pointing. Reloading the save previously returned it to its original position.
Fixed an issue in the Staff Waiting Area assignment interface where assigned employees could sometimes disappear from the displayed assignment list after opening and closing the management panel and selecting a Staff Waiting Area.
Fixed several localization issues in the employee interface where text from Japanese or Korean could incorrectly appear while playing in Chinese, including employee status and profession text.
Fixed an issue where takeaway bags already attached to active receipts on counters could incorrectly be included in available stock calculations. This could prevent employees from restocking the actual takeaway bag supply when it reached zero.
Fixed an issue where a dismissed employee could remain assigned to a Staff Waiting Area, appear as Unknown, and cause an error when opening the assignment interface.
Fixed a Build Mode issue where doors and windows could interact with walls on different floors. Moving a new door or window over an existing one on a lower floor could cause the existing object to disappear even without placing the new object.
Fixed incorrect stock tracking for soda cans when they were placed on trays, served to tables, or collected after being consumed. Total and available stock values now update correctly.
Fixed an issue where the bottom-right interaction information could offer a Restock action when looking at an empty box even though the action could not actually be performed.
