Fixed problems with rejoining and not being able to edit your 3D painting

Fixed max distance on voting joysticks
Unlocking the 3D paint brush will now provide the proper color
Attempting to unlock any gameplay object with a full inventory will now properly notify the player
Blocking a player will now properly hide their avatar (and yours from them)
