Patch changes:
- main menu settings sliders now work
- loading a save now always puts the player in the correct location in the map
- early AK variants pistol grip moved to the correct position
- some AR parts added to the AR-15 book
- gun wall mounts now exclude other wall-attached mounts in their collision
- some item pool changes
- some item model fixes
