Mac Support Is Here!

Three kobolds in a trenchcoat have finally figured out how to use a Mac.

A Kobold Story: Trenchcoat Adventurer is now available natively on macOS. It's the same game you've been playing on Windows — every chapter, every secret, every questionable decision made by a very small dragon in a very large coat — running natively on Apple Silicon.

What you need

• An Apple Silicon Mac — M1 or newer
• macOS 12 (Monterey) or later

This is a native Apple Silicon build. Intel-based Macs are not supported — if your Mac is from before the M1 transition, this build won't run on it. We wanted to be upfront about that rather than let anyone find out the hard way.

Already own the game?

Then you already own the Mac version. Open Steam on your Mac, find Trenchcoat Adventurer in your library, and hit install. No second purchase, no separate edition, nothing to claim.

Found something broken?

This is our first Mac release, so if something looks wrong, runs badly, or refuses to launch entirely, please tell us in the Community Discussions. Let us know your Mac model and macOS version and we'll get on it.

Thanks to everyone who's been asking for this one.
