Failure Correction

• Updating display error with some operations has been fixed.
• An improper window position at startup for the first time has been fixed.
• A bug with a file path has been fixed.
• A shortcut error with Hand Rotate tool has been fixed.
• An uncontrollable tool bar caused by moving from one canvas to other while replaying an event file has been fixed.
• A brush folder icon bug has been fixed.

Specification Changes

• The default setting of "Tool" shortcut has been updated.
• The default setting of partial "Preferences" option has been updated.
• Some of User Interface names have been updated.
