Function Addition

• Hand control will be displayed while pressing down the space key. You can set up the display ON/OFF from Preferences > Use Hand Control.
• Layer/Selection/Ruler can be copied to other canvas. You can copy by drag+drop Layer/Selection/Ruler onto other canvas' tab.

Failure Correction

• Shortcut for Concentric Circle Ruler has been added.
• An error with Free Transform edit with a Stylus pen has been fixed.
• An error with a temporary preview of Layer Mode has been fixed.
