Failure Correction

• Renumbering feature error of Layer List etc. under some environments while using a pen tablet/Stylus pen has been fixed.
• Display control glitch with the middle button of mouse while Layer Set is active has been fixed.
• When putting a focus on the numerical value entering box, an entered value was forced to become an integer number has been fixed.

Function Addition

• Snap feature has been added to the canvas display rotation with the touch operation. (at 0°/90°/180°/-90°)
