Minor fixes (1.0.11)

- Renamed Alloy Forge to Simple Metal Smeltery
- After leaving Minigame 1 you now directly look at the minigame entrance
- Reduced fuel quotas for Minigame 4
- Doubled progression speed for Minigame 5
- Altars now need 4 seconds instead of 1.5 to produce items
- Fixed Loot Manifesters becoming ready after 3 seconds instead of 300
- Fixed Minigame 4 WIP Icon showing
- Fixed text saying runes have no cap to scaling
