Unique Object Specification Fixes

Set different sound effects for delivery portals
Ensured delivery effects like “Litmus Paper,” “Certificate,” and “No Sorting Required” trigger at all portals
Stopped appearance of certain portals experiencing issues (Goblin/Salamander Acceleration)

Bug Fixes

Fixed display order of top-left portal summary
Fixed crash when exiting the game immediately after using the “Tai Chi” or “Transport Conversion” contracts
