Sorry to everyone who got stuck deep in the pit: from about 400 m down, the ice sometimes couldn't be broken. This hotfix fixes it.

Fixed ice from about 400 m down that sometimes couldn't be broken: the chainsaw and dynamite did nothing, or the ice seemed to grow back, until you restarted the game
