T80 UD: A tank unit has faster attack speed and turret turning speed.
T95 Black Eagle: A tank unit has higher damage per shot but lower attack speed.
Blance:
Base guard tower call airstrike cool down increased from 20 sec to 25 sec.
Commando can be trained more than one.
