Hope we're all doing well and resisting the universe's steady slide into entropy. That is, the thermodynamic state, not our videogame. Don't resist our videogame!

We thought we'd take a moment to share some terrible glimpses of what lies ahead in the world of Entropy, by way of some tantalising concept art.

First off, here are just a couple of the environment artworks our Lead Artist, Artyom Trakhanov, has cooked up for the next area. As you can see, things are going to get a lot more postapocalyptic real fast.

Next up, here are some absolutely gorgeous illustrations by Linnea Sterte, proving that not everything on the horizon is doom-and-gloom. I mean, it's not exactly a beach holiday either, but what do you expect at the end of the world?

Finally, this one's a depiction of something already in the game - but it's just so cool that we think you'll enjoy seeing it. This is the Black Mountain Fortress as depicted by Simon Roy - it's so creepy how you can clearly tell that the buildings have been grown, like a tree - and hopefully we managed to do that justice in the level itself!
