I'm kind of new to writing posts like these but this truly is just a heartfelt thank you to everyone that's shown us such love and support for our first year of development. The whole game, and the team, has been built from scratch just over a year ago so it has been a lot of groundwork to find what it is we want to make and how we're going to do it. We even started with this as a paper prototype board game lol.

We knew we wanted to make a game about an interesting party of characters working together and taking a lot of inspiration from the combat styles and perspectives of Persona, Expedition 33 and even Honkai: Star Rail, so we put it all together and boom we ended up with our sky island windpunk fantasy of Against All Skies!

Over the past year, we then showed the game at our amazing IGDA hub in Helsinki, and participated in Finnish Games Week (which is happening again in October, do check it out!), Oddfest, Finnish Gaming Icubator, all to see what people think and we were really happy with the outcome! I also travelled to Nordic Game and Develop Brighton to see how people outside of Finland respond and it was a lot of fun.

ANYwAY, just for some fun, I'll attach some of the old videos we have of the games development, enjoy!!

Here's to the future of this game and to everyone that's played so far! ^^

We first wanted to call it Winds of Magonia hahaha but the core idea of three-member resonance was there.

Then there was this and yeah UI all over the place, WAY too packed

Andddd I could have sworn I had more but I will have to dig them up from somewhere.

But yeah, it's been a journey, and looking forward to the coming year, hope you all are too!

Much love from Lewis and the whole dev team
