Hello.
We have released a new demo update today.
This update fixes issues related to feature article writing, the reporter selection screen, the reporter list in the notes, reporter level-ups, and the pipe/deduction minigame guidance.
Fixed issues:
Fixed an issue where empty reactions could appear while writing feature articles.
Improved visibility on the reporter selection screen when there are four reporters, preventing the outer reporter buttons from being slightly cut off.
Fixed an issue where reporter Choi Min-gi’s face was obscured on the reporter selection screen.
Fixed an issue where the owned reporter count in the notes did not update properly.
Fixed an issue where reporter filters in the notes did not work properly.
Fixed an issue where reporters were still displayed as level 1 in the notes even after leveling up.
Fixed an issue where reporter stress values were not displayed properly in the notes.
Fixed an issue where reporter stats did not increase after leveling up.
Added an explanation pop-up when entering the pipe/deduction minigame for the first time.
Remaining known issues:
Death or game over may not occur properly even when death conditions are met.
After Day 10, some reporter options may not appear in the morning reporting selection screen.
A report has been received that keywords may not appear at all during article writing on Day 13, but we have not been able to reproduce it internally yet.
Required keywords may not appear when writing a feature article on the day after the trial.
The pipe minigame on the afternoon of Day 24 may be cleared immediately upon entering.
Before the Day 9 pipe minigame, pipe-related text may appear too early during story progression.
During story progression, the guide may incorrectly say that the next minigame is a typing game.
Story or text shown before minigames or reporting sequences may be skipped in large amounts.
After the first trial, two character images may appear during the newspaper office conversation scene.
Some character names may appear incorrectly in the notes.
Selecting Han Yi-seo from the reporter list may show the last viewed reporter’s details instead.
Reporter stress balance still needs adjustment.
The newspaper office may not expand according to subscriber count.
The overall difficulty and reward balance of dice games needs adjustment.
Some profanity shown during story progression is planned to be revised.
Some untranslated text may still remain when switching to English.
We will continue fixing the remaining issues in future updates, prioritizing progression-blocking bugs and major system issues.
Thank you for continuing to play the demo and send us your feedback.
