The Park is one of the largest locations players will discover during their adventure. Unlike the familiar streets of the neighbourhood, this open space is designed around exploration and outdoor play. From wide green spaces to colourful playgrounds and memorable landmarks, every corner invites players to interact with the world at their own pace.
Whether kids are exploring solo or playing together with family or friends, The Park offers a welcoming environment filled with activities that encourage imagination while celebrating everything that makes Sesame Street so special.

One of the things we're especially excited to share is how players can experience The Park with their own customised character. Throughout the adventure, players can personalise their appearance with different hairstyles, clothing options, and styles, allowing every visit to feel uniquely their own.
As you explore, you'll also meet many beloved Sesame Street friends, including Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird, Bert, Ernie, Grover, Oscar the Grouch, Tango, and The Count. Each character brings their own personality and charm to the adventure, creating memorable moments throughout each player’s journey.

The Park is home to several iconic locations, each offering its own activities and discoveries. Players can visit the Sesame Street Library to interact with books and discover a fascinating insect photography exhibition, spend time at the Playground enjoying movement-based activities, or venture into The Count's Mansion for playful counting challenges.
We wanted every destination to feel distinct while reinforcing the game's themes of curiosity, learning, and spending quality time together.

One of the featured activities in this area is a fun "Simon Says" minigame hosted by The Count. During this playful challenge, players dance, count, and follow instructions alongside one of Sesame Street's most beloved characters, blending movement, rhythm, and learning into an activity that's enjoyable for players of all ages.
The Park also features a lighthearted story that begins with an unexpected mystery. When a cheerful horn somehow ends up inside Oscar the Grouch's treasured pile of trash, he's determined to get rid of it as quickly as possible. With help from The Count and a little teamwork, players set out to solve the problem while discovering the playful activities The Park has to offer.
Throughout development, we wanted these moments to reflect the humour and heart that fans expect from Sesame Street while creating interactive experiences that encourage cooperation, confidence, and positive emotional wellbeing.
From the beginning, our goal with Sesame Street: Friends & Fun has been to create a cosy adventure where families can play, learn, and laugh together. Whether exploring The Park, meeting familiar friends, completing story moments, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, we hope players feel welcomed every time they step into the world of Sesame Street.
We can't wait for the Steam community to experience The Park and everything else waiting in Sesame Street: Friends & Fun when the game launches Friday, October 9, 2026.
