Content adjustment
1. Change the releasing bomb way of DBomber: you can use the left key of mouse to drag the orientation of bomb
2. The fleet battle time is changed into each Tuesday and Saturday
3. Increase all the aircraft carriers’ oil amount
4. New matching rules:
The amount of subs in one party is at most one more than destroyers.
There must be the destroyer in one party if there is the sub in it.
The rules will be invalid if the waiting time is over 5 mins.
5. Lower the price of depth charge in all the destroyers and light cruisers
6. The battle result from LV1 to LV4 does not include in killing ranks and MVP ranks any more
7. The battle record of damage statistics is change into average battle damage statistics
8. Increase the silver punishment of hurting friendly ship in battle
9. The counterattack time of flagship battle is shorten into 4 mins
10. Repair the condition that the droppoint of main artillery’s bullet is out of the scattering range. Make firing more accurate.

Operating system
1. Repair the wrong mouse focus in the windowed mode of WIN8
2. Repair the taskbar UI error under the full-screen mode of WIN8

1. Update the position display of European and American players
