AlterVerse Update!

Another quick update with a new feature and a few quality of life fixes.
New feature! The Ultimate Teabag! Avatar Ragdoll physics are here! Now after you kill a player you can kick around their dead body!
Made some adjustments to the GUI. Changed the default tab on Join Alliance screen to Public Alliances and fixed the 'Got It' checkbox on the Raid help window.
Added a Teleport center Neutral Zone message display.
AI are now safe and invulnerable when inside a Neutral Zone.
Fixed the password entry dialog box when joining a private server.
AVII will no longer ask if we can fly an XR75 Stinger while not being near the Launch bay.
