Short version: the update is coming soon.
It took longer than usual because I'd rather ship everything at once than five half-finished things, and because the entire technical foundation of the game had to be replaced along the way, which broke a lot of stuff temporarily.
Here's what's in it:
🎭 Mimic Rework
Completely reworked movement and behaviour. It moves and looks around like a real player now, and it copies what you do: so if you've agreed on something like "jump once" as a safeword, that doesn't work anymore.
Gif below is a small showcase (Mimic)
❄️ It's getting cold
A new map: snow, forest, fog, night. (Already teased in an earlier post)
You'll have to get several installations running again before anyone comes to pull you out.
You're not alone out there. Something comes in a pack, something else comes alone.
Flares are more than just light there.
🖥️ Some new puzzle systems
Terminals you actually have to read and think through.
🔫 Gear
You now choose which primary weapon you bring.
Attachments you can mount on your weapons.
⌨️ Controls & fixes
Keybindings fully reworked, mouse sensitivity & more.
Plus a long list of fixes. Money that vanished. Ammo bugs. And plenty more.
Thanks for sticking around ❤️
