Features:
- Audio Options page. controls Animal, Announcer, Music, Sound Effects and Voice.
- Convert to use new Sound management asset.
- Remove the Chance fish since not fully impelemented.
Bug Fixes:
- Prevent hearing Monster Catch from far away players.
- Snagged Lure stops the Outboard from backing up.
- Increase the number of Voices for some Sound Effects.
- Lost dialog appears but Luse still there.
- Some Computer AI stopped fishing during game.
- Assorted fixes.
