Added a new "End Line" button to the games tutorial menus to allow for fast snapping to the end of tutorial messaging.
Updated a number of menus to make navigation more consistent and clear.

Fixed an issue where some SFX would not adhere to the SFX Volume slider
Fixed an issue where a single Guide Book card was labeled wrong.
Fixed the Duke's ambiguous wording
Added a clarifying note in the Cardbook detailing enemy researching.
Added visible slots to the Promotes Zone of visible clarity that only 3 Royals can be Promoted.
