Bug Fixes:
- Reduced the memory footprint of the game to prevent the memory errors some players were experiencing when the game was taking memory intensive actions like saving.
- Fixed a rare crash bug that occurred when exiting the Fleet Screen.
- Neighbors will no longer give players the wrong type of bonus.
