Hello,
Here is a new update for ShipCrafter ! The game should be more stable on Linux from now on, and many bugs were fixed. The game will officialy be released on the 1rst of October 2026, and as such I mostly worked on localisation and user interface, but there are many other new things as well. Here are to biggest ones.
Game localisation
The game is now translated in 11 different languages :
English
French
Dutch
German
Polish
Italian
Portuguese
Spanish
Russian
Chinese (simplified)
Japanese
The language can be changed easily from the main menu, at the top of the settings.
New german 150mm TBTS turret
We are introducing a new shieldless turret. Seen on a few destroyers and submarines, as well as inside casemates, this gun is tiny but packs a lot of power for its size.
Bicolor feature for turrets
Turrets can now receive a second color on top. This feature was particularly seen on american ships with a darker tone on top, and on german ships with yellow or red colors for easier recognition by their aviation.
It is possible to change the maximum angle of application of this color by right clicking the turret and changing the angle value on top of the window.
