Changes:

• Hank's death now carries on to the rest of Jesse's Pink Mode

• Phone notification popup is now more obvious

• Changes some locations of phone messages so that the popup isn't cut off by a scene change

• Added splashscreen music and changed length of it

Fixes:

• Fixed 03:23 not playing because SteamPipe messed up the file

• Removed gamepadtype = "none" at init
