A few more ingame achievements and it works better now

- Faster loadtimes
- Achievements should show up properly
- Removed some unused content
- Kip 1 is now 640x360 instead of 480x360
- 13 new achievements for kip 1

Also a disclaimer, right now the ingame achievements don't load fully automatically. Kip 1 achievements you have earned show up once you go into kip 1 and then leave (I'll fix this in a later version)

Kip 3 when?
