We have received reports from some players experiencing abnormal screen aspect ratios (stretched or compressed images) and even stuttering during gameplay. Our investigation shows that this issue is often related to GPU performance limitations or image upscaling technologies (such as DLSS). When GPU load is too high, the game may automatically adjust its rendering method to maintain smooth performance, which can lead to aspect ratio issues in certain display modes.
Recommended solutions:
Try disabling DLSS.
Lower graphics quality settings (effects, textures, etc.).
Reduce game resolution.
Lower FPS limit.
Update your graphics card drivers to the latest version (both NVIDIA and AMD supported).
