Fixes and Changes

· The Lion/Dragon Head and Lion/Dragon Backpack items have been fixed so that players who got these items from the BigWheel in the past have now the right IM versions again, the event items have now "[Event]" added in front of their names.
· UI improvement: The "Refuse Whisper" option is now locally saved for every character separately
Chat UI improvement
A new button has been added to the chat. With this button the chat (including the system window) can now be hidden without hiding the rest of the UI. The chat settings are now saved locally for each character.
